What occurs in the first Introductory Session of the Personal Development Program?
During the first introductory session, your health coach will ask you about the areas of life you find most challenging along with goals for desired change. You will discuss your current circumstances and concerns, such as:
- Emotional roadblocks
- Physical problems
- Potential personal growth
What kind of issues can I resolve through your program?}
Clients’ goals and challenges uniquely vary and each client is in a different stage of life. Many clients begin by expressing a desire to lose weight, have more energy or improve a relationship. Some may have a specific health concern, or are under an unusual amount of stress. Whatever situation you find yourself in, the Start Loving Life™ approach will help you uncover the keys to personal growth and improvement.
What can I expect from my program’s personal coaching sessions?
Each session takes you one step closer to feeling healthier and happier in attaining your goals. Your session gives you the opportunity to reflect, learn and plan for improvement. First, you’ll talk through any changes, successes or challenges you have experienced since your last session. Based on your needs, your consultant will share nutrition and lifestyle information to help you along your way. The program uses various tools, including personality surveys, journaling, and affirmations to support your personal growth. You then plan how to integrate this new knowledge in the coming weeks.
What does the Personal Development Program include?
- Two individual one-hour sessions per month
- Unlimited email support between sessions
- Unconditional emotional and motivational support
- Recommended healthier food alternatives, vitamins and nutritional guidance
- A variety of nutritional information and written material for your reference
- Food samples and self-care products
- Simple recommended changes for healthy and happy results

How long should I expect to work on my Program?
Clients progress in their own way and at their own pace. Many clients begin to feel better as soon as they implement lifestyle changes. To achieve and sustain balance, most clients work with us for approximately six to twelve months. Consistency and commitment are key in implementing and sustaining positive changes. During this time your program will evolve as you experience personal growth. Many clients stay with us over a full year as they enjoy the support offered by the Start Loving Life™ program and the sense of community it provides. Clients completing one year are then introduced to the Start Loving Life Maintenance program.
What are Bach Flower Remedies?
Bach Flower Remedies are a complete system of 38 flower essences developed by Dr. Edward Bach, a successful, conventional physician and homeopath, who lived in the late 1800′s up to 1936. Dr. Bach was well ahead of his time and understood the relationship between emotional stress and illness. Today, his flower essences are used by many private individuals and health practitioners worldwide.
When does Start Loving Life™ suggest the use of Bach Flower Remedies?
Bach Flower Remedies are used to restore emotional balance. When suffering from stress and undesirable emotions, Bach™s natural system works to restore harmony and energy for a happier and more positive outlook. The remedies are 100% natural and cause no side effects.
As a registered practitioner, Connie offers Bach consultations to those clients interested in the remedies. At times, during the Start Loving Life™ program, Connie may suggest and include remedies based on the needs and requests of the client.
What is the difference between The Personal Development Program and the Single Sessions offered?
They key to any long term positive change is commitment and consistency. Long term success is dependent on the commitment to want to change and then incorporating those changes daily to ensure the replacement of old habits. The Personal Development Program offers the tools needed to embrace, incorporate, and sustain these changes over the course of a consistent six to twelve month period. Old habits which have served you for a number of years need to be addressed sensitively and through the process of time to implement long lasting results.
Single sessions are offered to clients who are seeking support on an as needed basis to address specific challenges without the commitment and additional tools of the program. If a client needs additional support, the Personal Development Program may be suggested for optimal results.
